8/25  Wednesday

Went and did some grocery/school shopping felt like a horrible long day

Got a wendys baja salad 4 dinner
it was really really good

Dessert    - vitatop with fat free  ice cream
Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch      - protein bar


8/26 Thursday

ABA  therapy  2nd to last day with our tss we have ahad for awhile
so sad!

did some puzzles and read books and played outside
and used his new scribbler we got him to help him learn to write
i love this thing

Breakfast  -   vanilla chai tea and granola
Lunch -  2 fat free hot dog wrapped in reduced fat crescent roll

Snack  -   choc chex mix

Dinner  - chicken and rice and carrots

Weigh in 192

workout- wii fit and dance -20 mins
wii active  boxing   100 calories burned   15 mins long
a trampoline workout dvd    dance bound
its 30 mins of hell lol
a heart attack waiting to happen
i could hardly breathe


so about an hour workout all together  and now im sore again lol
good days good days



then we went to an autism meeting and met some new people who are also on the gfcf diet
it was nice to have some similar stories and just get out and talk with other parents with autistic children  around the same  age



8/27 Friday

Realizing i am not ready for back to schoo!!!!!
need to find lil man a back pack and some other things

no therapy today tss called off for his last day
can you believe that

its so sad not to show up for your last day

he just said he didnt know how to say good bye
well guess what now my kid doesnt understand your really gone

DANG DOGS!!!! LOL!!!

ate left over hot dog crescent roll thingys
4 breakfast

i just realized i ate months old hot dogs
yuck
hope i dont get sick

no workout  today i am so lazy and depressed today
i cant believe how fat i am getting again but its my own fault
i sabotage myself  : ~ (


8/28 sat

thank god its the weekend

Breakfast   tlc pumpkin bar

went school shopping
and got him a green backpack like he wanted
its too cute
he wanted a big boy backpack he said

TJmaxx had a great sale only paid $16 and its a nice one
bought 2 pair of pants cuz he doesnt fit in any of his he must have grown 3 inches this summer
JC Penney was having great sales on that today

Cant wait till tomorrow to see granny and my aunt
they are coming for lunch

thats about it for now
