AFTER THANKSGIVING

I had a great thanksgiving at my sisters
  MUAH!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS FOREVER AND EVER!!!!!!
i kept active enough i guess because i dont think i gained any weight i will step on the scale at some point today
black friday was crazy but that was the exstent of my exercise for 4 days  lol but like i said i kept pretty active it was weird not working out but it was a good break and i got to watch angels and demons which was ok
and four christmases which i want to own lol it was funny

but i started back to exercising on monday
i did the jillian dvd
and because i took a 4  day break i could do the whole thing like  it was nothing
 it was nice

today i will workout again
tues    BL bootcamp

wed    bl cardio

thurs    bl cardio

fri     jillian

sat    off
sun    ???    probably jillian we shall see

this is basically my normal

and my goals every week are to do this and stay active to the best of my ability

it tried on a size 16 on black friday
and it fit YIPEE

so by christmas it should fit even better and like i said before i hope to be 180
we shall see

have to go vacuum and clean up this house for now

i stepped on the scale at 10:30 after breakfast and all and weigh 187




i think thats fantastic for being off a schedule and all i am very happy with that

i am in the middle of my bootcamp workout
all i can say is ouch
im all sweaty yuck lol
and drinking my glass of water in between levels lol

well back to work

be back in 15 mins :)

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!! my whole body hurts for some reason no more 4 days off ever again
yesterday wasnt even as bad as today and that was jillians dvd
i dunno what happened
i hope i am not getting sick like the rest of my family

wish me luck on getting out of bed tomorrow  i havent felt like this since the first day i started workin out a year ago   :(
