81 followers and still 181

I have 81 followers as of today
which just leaves me speechless because you guys are awesome and so helpful along this  weight loss journey
when it gets hard you guys keep me going and acountable!!!!!!!

I can't belive the scale says 181 today
im still on a high from just losing weight after not losing for months
cant wait for the 170s baby

Today was therapy day and it was crazy
I took my son of his yeast killers for a week and the tantrums just keep coming
it took about 30 mins just to accomplish one puzzle
the TSS and i have  a long week ahead of us

but then he will be back on it again for 3 months so its only a week every 3 months
so we can do this
just keep reminding me
we can do this
cuz this is a hard time to get through
i mean last time he was throwing his boxpring for his bed all around his room and we had to take it out of the room for awhile

so neeeee hooo ......................
lets get back to the  therapy session today

we did 2 puzzles
It took about an hour and there is pete the dog too in the corner

we played kitchen
we pretended to make apple pies and pizzas

we put trains together

we did no ABA therapy today because being off these meds its just too difficult for him to focus right now and all it will cause is sooooooooo much crying and tantrums
so we skipped it for the day
and then we ate lunch

and now we are watching team umizoomi and dinosaur train
and in a little while it may or may not be nap time depends on is he wants to cooperate or not  LOL
im thinking not
just one of those days
so i'll try dancing with him if he wont nap cuz then i could get some sort of exercise in
we shall see
i'll update later
